Smart, Experienced Attorney

I'm a CPA serving mostly small businesses (especially S corporations) just over the hill from Jim in Redmond. And I regularly recommend that clients consult with Jim. He's a smart, experienced attorney who treats people well.

BTW, the Yelp description says that Jim's a bankruptcy attorney. And that's certainly a specialty of his. But he's also great for general business law issues. (I've actually personally used Jim a few times for setting up limited liability companies and doing general contract stuff.) And he's helped clients of mine with real estate issues and estate planning and will issues.
